This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible purchases made through the AurelWrist website.
1. Eligibility for return
A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the item is received.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging and included accessories. Items showing wear, scratches, alteration, misuse or customer-caused damage cannot be accepted.
Customized products and clearance items are non-returnable unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
2. How to submit a return request
Do not send an item back without prior authorization. Contact questions@aurelwrist.com with your order number, the reason for the request and relevant photographs. We will review the request and provide return instructions when it is approved.
3. Return shipping costs
For a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, we provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable authorized return shipping. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and should use a tracked service.
4. Refund process
After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider. Original shipping charges and import duties are not refundable for a change-of-mind return unless required by law.
5. Product care
Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, or exposure to unsuitable chemicals is not covered by this policy. Please inspect the item promptly after delivery.
