This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the AurelWrist website.
1. Delivery availability
Available delivery services depend on the product and destination. Checkout confirms whether an address can be served and displays the applicable shipping method and charge before the order is placed. Some oversized products, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, and restricted or remote destinations may be ineligible.
2. Order processing time
In-stock orders are normally processed within one to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed outside business days begin processing on the next business day. Large, made-to-order, or backordered items may require additional time disclosed on the product page or in the Order Confirmation.
3. International delivery
International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. The estimated timeframe shown at checkout applies to your order. Customs clearance, local carrier schedules, and remote-area delivery may add time.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We do not publish regional transit times when carrier data is unavailable.
4. Shipping charges, duties and taxes
Shipping charges are calculated from the destination, item size and weight, and selected service. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.
The customer is responsible for import duties, brokerage charges, import taxes, or similar destination charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
5. Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information is provided after dispatch when it is available from the carrier. If tracking shows a parcel as lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact questions@aurelwrist.com with the order number and supporting photographs. Please keep the item and original packaging until the review is complete.
If a parcel is returned because the supplied address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or delivery is refused, additional return or redelivery charges may apply.
